On the sell side, Todd was the consummate professional, from handling the initial meeting, doing our listing, properly, and successfully advertising our property, to getting it sold much quicker than we anticipated and for more money than other agents thought possible. The listing photos were wonderful and the property descriptions appropriate and effective. His marketing materials and super advertising got us great exposure for our very unique estate property. He provided timely and constructive feedback after each showing to help us further refine things we could do to get our home sold. He was a great negotiator, and just generally made the entire home sales process efficient, pleasant, and so much less stressful than it had been for us in the past!
